DELIVERY POLICIES

• Our descriptive menu and daily specials are available on our smartphone app,
facebook, Sticky Guide and website, www.vaporroom.com. Check often for great
deals, specials and incentives.
• We will do our very best to be prompt and on time with your order, but we can
not be held responsible for traffic & weather conditions, distance, access to your
location or other uncontrollable variables.
• Please be at your location at the scheduled delivery time.
• The safety of our drivers is of utmost importance, if our driver feels unsafe or
threatened in any way, we will cancel the delivery and notify you.
• Driver carries minimal change, please have your finances in order upon arrival.
• Please be discreet at all times when meeting our driver.
• While tips are appreciated, please do not feel obligated in anyway.
• Orders placed after 8pm are not available for same day delivery.
• We kindly ask that you please order early, especially those of you in the outer
edges of San Francisco. We schedule for evening deliveries throughout the day.
• Please review your order carefully upon arrival to ensure everything is correct.
• We currently deliver within San Francisco borders only while we formulate
policies to expand our range. We will keep you updated.
• Currently, we can only accept cash but will have alternative options available to
you soon.
• Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Presidio at this time.
• We are now accepting new members!

FIRST TIME ORDERING

Whether you’re placing your first order online or by phone, please have your Member ID number ready (it’s the modern, QR bar code sticker on your card or TCR) as well as your date of birth and address. Please speak clearly, refer to our products as ‘cannabis’, ‘concentrates, ‘edible’ and ‘accessories’, and/or by strain name only. We ask that you please avoid slang terminology. We only discuss ‘per gram’ amounts up to an ounce.

HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

Click our ‘Menu’ link to view our descriptive menu. Click the ‘Add to Order’ button for each item you’d like and choose the quantity you need. Please include all requested information and expect two confirmation emails; one will require you to confirm your order, the next will let you know we’ve received it, packed it and your actual balance due. The balance due on your initial order page MAY be incorrect. The online ‘Shopping Cart’ does not currently calculate our discount algorithm or daily specials and sales. Order what you need and when we confirm the order, we will also confirm the adjusted balance due.

HOW TO ORDER BY PHONE

Just give us a call at 415 626 2100 and one of our helpful, knowledgeable staff members will gladly assist you in choosing your order based on your symptoms, and desired relief. Please have your VRC Member ID ready (it’s the modern, QR bar code sticker on your card or TCR) as well as your date of birth and address. Please speak clearly, refer to our products
